What if it's something stupid with marbles.  That doesn't require handling
them at all?! Like, build a robot that manipulates blocks using one RCX and
marbles as dead weight.

I'd still like to do something with wires in tension (tightrope races, aeral
pickup, rope/wire climbing... etc).

Tightrope races sounds like fun.  Rob wants driving again.

speaking of which when was the last time YOU ate at burger king??
