Part II - the bacon continues
Despite the dire warnings from people who only eat food that moves at a
speed they can catch, I did attempt the next phase of bacon madness.
Bacon Quesadillas
Having lived a good 3 hours past the finishing of the bacon popcorn, I
thought I was ready for this; nothing but the best for me, NO NAME, on
sale, 1 lb, (okokokok 500 gr) made in CANADA bacon.

Some people think, I dont eat enough vegetables, so I decided to
compliment the frying of bacon with this onion. (you can also see I have
some medium ceder, and the worlds BEST cheese grater)

this is the chopped onion, no crying here.

and a handful being caramelized prior to the bacon.

THIS, is my most favorite picture. not sure why.

These are the live action shots of the cooking of the bacon.

I took a picture of the lightly crumpled, cooked, and drained bacon, and
you can also see the shredded cheese in the background. My intention
here was to pre heat, and mix the bacon/cheese first before adding it to
the Quesadilla

This is the start of the mixing

and into the microwave for a nice light heating

OKOKOKOKOK, even ~I~ will admit that in THIS next shot, the result is
not the most compelling of images. But for journalistic integrity, I
will not doctor the images.

As much as the last image was bad, this is the opposite. This is a
layer of flat tortilla, and I smooth on the melted cheese, and crumbled
bacon/onion mix.

Next we add the top tortilla, and place it on the flat griddle for the
mixing, and the toasting.

Every Quesadilla needs a good dipping sauce:

And this is the one side golden brown

This picture shows that I am indeed going to eat this in the name of
science.

Picture 25, is a weee, tiny bit disturbing. I noticed that about half
way thru this most tasty snack, that I was was getting VERY, VERY,
thirsty, AND, my meal was "leaking"
http://www.thepyroguys.com/bacon/bacon25.jpg
But not leaking enough to make me stop the experiment.

And lastly, a clean plate

Conclusion: Delicious.
------------------------------------postscript-------------------------
After feeling both stuffed, and saciated, I thought I would rest for an
hour, before tackling my last chore for the night. So at around 11 pm,
I did the last chore of the day, and Shoveled snow for about an hour.
Im alive, Im still active, and fit, Im the same weight I was going in,
and in no way did the meal itself cause any direct bad side effects.(1)
I will NOT be telling my medical professional about this.
Chris
1. Although it did take a 1/2 can of air freshener and a few open
windows to finally get rid of the grease scent in the air.
