So I takes the non-functioning 002 motor pack to work today (for no real
reason-just for inspiration, basically...)
and whilst talking a user through how to take off the caps lock key, I start
trying to *carefully* remove the plastic shell and remove the motor...
So it's all dismantled, and I just happen to have a battery pack right here on
my desk.
So I plug it in--still no spin
then a quick spin from my fingers and it catches--turns out that the motor was
probably just stalled.
Now it's spinning beautifully. Now to get the thing back together--they held
the motor to the case with 2 faced foam tape (pre 1970) that's not really
looking good right now...
