Also today I spoke with my coworker about the ongoing DCC project.  The overall
strategy is to scratchbuild the encoder and decoder and have a toggle on
the decoder to disable the DCC and make it work like a normal 9V motor.  The
initial decoder centers around a design out there on the Internet,
Got a URL or more info about it? I would be intersted in how it works.
