Back to Cheese

As many of you RTL guys who do NOT own a rice cooker, will know; cheese
is a fantastic food.  With that said, allow me to make a few
observations regarding what kinds of cheeses DO NOT make a good poutine.

Number 4 bad poutine cheese.

Mozzarella

not a bad cheese, BUT not what makes a perfect poutine. That being
cheese curds.

Number 3 bad poutine cheese.

Cheddar

Cheddar is VERY good, and a second last ditch cheese should you need to
make poutine.

Number 2 bad poutine cheese.

Brie.

Brie is best left to being melted in a microwave, THEN heated in an
oven, THEN covered in sauteed onions.

~AND~

Number 1 bad poutine cheese.

-  Blue cheese

How do I know this?  I made myself some "supper" tonight, and we had
leftover party blue cheese.  Supper consisted of a 1/2 bag of fries, a
sauteed onion, canned gravy, and yes, Blue cheese.

Chris

procrastinating cause i dont want to dig for dusty, any more plates.
