(...) these kids will be less than 6. after much thought I tend to agree with everyone's ideas of pre built (and programmed) robots. what i will probably do is build as many line follower (or something) robot, and offer the kids the ability to (...) (...) However, having used it in just that way, it *is* a great set to show the kids. I used the LEGO mars exploration rover several times this year while talking to school groups about the MER mission(s), and built an unsprung suspension out of (...)
