IT'S NUTS, but that's LEGO Canada. I know dealers in USA getting stock closer to 10-15 December, and UNLIMITED AMOUNT, basically forces anyone up here who wants it to try Amazon.Com, or contacts in USA. NOT NICE! Well you won't find much at any small store till After December 15-20th at least, LEGO is not shipping to Canadian dealers till the 15th so depending on how close they are they might have stock, but very limited, one case of each item and that's it.   Lessons learned...
 
First lesson-- the DCC accessory block needs an actual motor attached to the motor output in order for the RCX LDCC to detect and program the DCC chip in the accessory brick. This I did not know.
