Re: So who's up for it?

(...) Sorry Dave but I don't think we can get anything close to what they would be expecting by Nov 22. I haven't got time to put anything together right now. With Jeff's half of altenburg gone, and mine almost completely dismantled a big chunk of (...) (21 years ago, 23-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  So who's up for it?

The Christmas train show on Nov 22 and 23rd? I'm good one way or the other. I just have to let them know by the end of the month. Dave K (21 years ago, 23-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: 4400 Red Creator Tub

Looking at that inventory, I DO hope it shows up at US S@H or US stores. Heck, I just wanted the red tubs before this inventory was posted ;-) Anyone willing to swap some empty red tubs/lids with some of my blue, if these don't make it to the US? (...)   Re: C$: Knowledge-Based Approach

(...) I'm really trying to share. (hence, this thread) In fact, I'm willing to admit that my software can currently go 7 ply deep, for the complex middle-game moves, in under 30 seconds. That should be able to beat: move=rnd(7) Now, I just need to (...) (21 years ago, 23-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: 12 x 886 Space Buggy

(...) Somewhat. The idea to make the legs and arms more functional came from Jeff VW in rtlToronto. He build a version of this mini-fig with the standard rtlToronto khaki pants and blue t-shirt. He also worked in gearing for the arms and legs. From (...) (21 years ago, 23-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: C$: Knowledge-Based Approach

(...) I disagree..... if I tell you that I ply 3 deep, you just have to code to 4 or 5 deep. you now have a better chance over me. if I say I have done the research and use the Slabovian concept, you know to counter with the "Upper Un-gabumba Land" (...)   Re: 4400 Red Creator Tub

(...) Is it just me or is there a history of new buckets/tubs like this showing up in the fall, quite unannounced? Didn't the 4107 sort of drop in from the sky like this last year around this time?   Re: 4400 Red Creator Tub

(...) That's odd. I can't find that one at S@H. Closest there is 4727 or something like that. ~Mike (21 years ago, 22-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.loc.ca)

  Re: 12 x 886 Space Buggy

(...) Very very nice. Is the "minifig" based on the 2723 with the legs rebuilt to be functional or it completely a new design? Working on a 10x scale 'brick' horse myself, I see I'll need to do up a rider for him now... (URL) (21 years ago, 22-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: 4400 Red Creator Tub

(...) I spent hours trying to figure out which colour was which, light blue, medium blue, light green, medium green, etc. I've been using the wrong colour names quite a bit up till now. Anyways, yes, the single 1x1 brick is aqua coloured. Thanks for (...) (21 years ago, 22-Oct-03, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.loc.ca)
