Re: Anyone want to sell RIS2.0 software?

(...) Ivan forgot to mention the best NQC programming GUI assistant (aka IDE) available for the MS operating systems today: Bricx Command Center. This IDE, an enhanced version of Mark Overmar's original RCX Command Center, is definitely worth a look (...) (23 years ago, 27-Dec-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Anyone want to sell RIS2.0 software?

(...) From what I understand you want to check out the new “Programming Blocks”, correct? But believe me that software it’s not worth the money it will cost you, especially since you’re learning NQC now. I strongly advice you not to spend any time (...)   Re: Anyone want to sell RIS2.0 software?

(...) Ah. I figured as there are people in the group seem to have more than one RCX, then possibly people were buying more than one set, so they'd have extra software disks and books sitting around... plus, you folks don't seem to like to use the (...)   Re: Anyone want to sell RIS2.0 software?

(...) I'm not sure if I know anyone who has a 2.0 yet. But I do know someone who would like to buy the USB tower, in case someone wants to part with yet another part of the 2.0 system. (...) Excellent! Look forward to seeing you there! Calum (23 years ago, 27-Dec-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Anyone want to sell RIS2.0 software?

Hello, I'm Greg Hyland, who entered "Buy the Batteries in Bulk" (and was the only one who used Lego's RIS1.0 software), and was at the last train event. I was wondering, is there anyone in rtltoronto, and in Toronto perferably, who wants to sell me (...) (23 years ago, 27-Dec-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: Robotic Combat on TV

I just read something that didn't really dawn on me before from the guy who built some of the robots mentioned before: (URL) weapons (chainsaws, circular saws, drills, etc), while they usually don't do much damage (they require the target to stand (...)   Re: Robotic Combat on TV

(...) Thanks for that list! I don't think I can handle that much robotic combat a week :) By far my favourite is Battlebots. I like the two hosts, though they replaced Sean Salisbury and the new one isn't as funny in the dialogue. BTW, what is (...) (23 years ago, 26-Dec-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

Re: Any good post holiday sales?

(...) Last time I've been to Bricks&Blocks they had a boatload of 48s and 32s on sale. But then again good old Wal-Mart and Zellers ought to have similar deals. Ivan (23 years ago, 26-Dec-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.loc.ca)

  Any good post holiday sales?

Anyone know of any good post Christmas sales for Lego? I need a pile of 48x48's and some 32x32's. Some Bank Explosions would be ideal too for the windows. Calum (23 years ago, 26-Dec-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto, lugnet.loc.ca)

  Re: Train 3

(...) As per my previous post, I just put up the infosheet page, the poster, and the proposed layout. I included your modules in with mine and JeffE's (which are unchanged in layout. Would it be possible to increase your layout wider by one module? (...) (23 years ago, 25-Dec-01, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
