Well, in a surprising upset, a complete newbie to the LEGO robot building and entering in an rtl competition (that I remember--I could be wrong...) so, its after midnight. i figure i am going to be smart, and use a beam to press down one side of that 6AA battery box switch. i attach the power..... NOTHING. I check with a volt meter. NOTHING. I have a robot... sort of. I just have no way of attaching it to the wood. It doesn't need to move, it just needs to sit there. It's a "Sit-bot." Can someone bring a couple of 3/8" washers? I'll be bringing my BoP playfield as a just in case, but plan to leave it in the van unless needed. Mainly because it doesn't have a fancy base like the "official" one, and instead relies on a 2x6 clamped (...) (19 years ago, 10-Sep-05, to lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)
