| | Well, I cut all my 1x2's to the correct length, sanded them all down and the plywood too, and then went to put them together. Doh! Who would have guessed that a 1x2 was not really a 1x2? BTW the reason softwood lumber is a smaller size than what it really is, is because the lumber starts its life as a 1x2 (or whatever) then it DRIES and shrinks. this is (...)
