Guess who I just ran into...

So here I am minding my own business at my parents place helping them out with a garage sale and some guy comes up and asks if I have any LEGO for sale... ...The nerve of some people!!! So, now I have met Jeff, and wow, he had some amazing day in (...) (23 years ago, 5-May-01, to lugnet.org.ca.parlugment)

Re: I got a new toy... made by Kodak

(...) Nice MOC's Jude. Being a Townie myself, I really like the apartment building. I haven't played with a digital camera yet myself, but try using more back-lighting to get rid of any shadows. Hope to see more. And in person too. <hint hint> When (...) (23 years ago, 5-May-01, to lugnet.space, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment)

Re: I got a new toy... made by Kodak

Very Nice stuff! I like your Explorien ship, seems very simple and cool. I especially like the 'landing skids' for it, nice detail with the trans neon green plates I think.   Re: score (Ontario Lego Society)

(...) I for one think an Ontario/Quebec wide get-together would be awesome. I think Ottawa would be a wonderful place to host it too. <grin> Seriously though, I do wish I could get to the rtlToronto/train1 event. I probably won't make it (I'd have (...)   Re: score (Ontario Lego Society)

(...) Don't give up! the Blockminding game is a lot more free form than Stacking, Sumo or Marbles. There's lots of latitude to build cool stuff! Calum (23 years ago, 4-May-01, to lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: score (Ontario Lego Society)

(...) I plan to come to rtl8, but my bot is only 20% done. It is a lot harder than I expected. (23 years ago, 3-May-01, to lugnet.loc.ca.on.ott, lugnet.org.ca.parlugment, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: score (Ontario Lego Society)

(...) How long did you take to come up with that one? :) MonLUG is coming out to rtl/train1, an open invitation stands for Parlugment to come out to train1 or rtl8 (May 26 and June 9 respectively, depending on yer bent (train or technic)) of course.   Re: score

Well, it's LEGO, so it's worth it, right? But I know the feeling you mean, thinking "what have I done?" afterwards. I wish I could get you to buy me some more from the LEGO outlet, but I better slow down for now. I've been told our bank account is (...)
