First, congratulations to James and Raven with respect to the coming
addition to their family! Most of us would love to have been born into a
family with both parents big fans of Lego. How much Duplo has already been
purchased in babys name?!
Thanks for the offer of your new van, James. How did a family ever function
before these were invented? We just love ours!

SEPT 23/24 The SHOW!!
My August schedule is not out yet, so up to two of the August days will be
out for me. Would people prefer Sunday or Saturday?
I will be in Edmonton from July 19 to about the 26th, could we set up a meet
on either Sunday the 23rd or Monday the 24th to go over layouts, ideas, and
rough planning? I can offer my parents place in Mill woods to meet, but if
it isn't raining it might be nicer to meet outside at a park.
Thanks for the offer of track, John, I won't need any plain track, probably
won't need switches, but depending on the layout chosen, could use some more
crossovers, as I only have one.

I'll happily contribute buildings, time & stuff over the summer, but the
odds of my being there resemble the odds of frozen water lasting the day in
a religous hot place... Raven's due date is the 24th. :)
I suggest other folks post their "can't make it" dates as well, and we work
by process of elimination. It's much easier to figure out that way.
I also have a big (new!) minivan that seats 7, and will happily play ferry
duty out to St. Paul, so long as I'm about.
I finally received the application form to display Lego trains at the Great
Edmonton Train Show, he said that he would prefer the 90x120 inch layout,
It is to be held in the Aviation Heritage Society Hangar, on Kingsway
avenue.From 10AM to 5PM, Saturday September 23 and 10AM to 4PM on Sunday
September 24
