No, I think the stores can have a sale whenever they choose, which is why it is limited to 20% [although they may contribute...pity they can't have 1 or 2 50% off sales a year :) ]. I knew a guy who was a lego rep in New York. He'd visit all stores, including TRU, inventory, order replenishment, and stock new sets.This was years ago before I rekindled my interest in them so I didn't learn as much about it as I could have. After a brief chat to the guy who runs the toy section at David Jones Robina (gold coast) I pressed him for some info on the Lego Reps. For those who haven't joined up Lugnet properly yet, I'd definitely encourage you to. Partly because Todd does so much work that he should get some (however minor the amount is that he's asking for) payment, and partly 'cause you get a cool (...) And if you send parcels overseas, the customs decleration that you have to sign to say that there are no items enclosed that are prohibited from being sent includes currency [And I (...)
