Unless I'm very much mistaken, you're talking about the world-cup sets released last year, and never available in Australia. These sets were a limited edition, and were only available in some of the countries participating in the World cup. The only (...) (24 years ago, 23-Aug-00, to lugnet.org.au)

Just got back from Toyworld, they have new stock that arrived yesterday. They have Race, some Dino sets, Mickey (yuk!), Action Wheelers, and new Baby (Primo). Todays clue... There are exactly 2 wheels [not counting steering wheels (if there are any used...)] for each mini-fig in this set.
