Unless I'm very much mistaken, you're talking about the world-cup sets
released last year, and never available in Australia. These sets were a
limited edition, and were only available in some of the countries
participating in the World cup.
The only soccer sets in Aus are 3401-3410, none of which are police sets.
All these sets were released in 2000, the one you want was released in 1999.
