The exchange rate they use to convert the USD is a bit bizarre - sometimes I have done better than market, more often than not they sting (...) Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but the reasons I haven't joined is that I had intended joining this year [last year I was at uni and didn't have all that much extra cash] and had forgotten.
