Both Myer and Harris Scarfe (Hobart) have "take a further 50% off" bins of assorted toys, mostly junk but some smaller Lego sets. Yes...All you need [I think] is a 9V transformer with the correct connecter on the end...I think Dick Smith stores used to carry a multi-voltage adapter which came with 5 or so different plugs that should work. I have a few questions about Trains that I hope someone can answer. I am thinking of getting a train set from the U.S., the 4561, I know it is not everyones favourite, but at least it will be a start. 1 - Do I just need to get a new plugpack for (...) (...) Not really...it's just easier to be able to sell 4 wheels than to sell 3 [unless you can see a way to make a trike out of them...] I'd also like to see the set complete before I 'break it up'.
