I wish I could remember or find it, but it was something dirt-simple like this:
copy //www.doofus.com/dolt/knucklehead/fool.txt c:\network\fool.txt
but I can't recall the formatting, and that's the whole problem.

| (...) That works if the site is on your windows network, so you can access it as \\hostname\path\to\file... But if it's not available, I don't think it's doable...
