I think that was the Nokia 8110, which is not available anymore. But
there are many phone which have the same looks, for example 7110, 8850
and 8890.

Personally, I don't like phones which require a panel to be opened in
some way to be operated. I think they look a bit, well, tacky. But
that's just my opinion.

| (...) It's indeed the Nokia 8110. Some special version since it has an "open panel" with a spring via a button. Mine is highly manual. The phone itself sucks. It's about as twistable as the 8448 Super Street Sensation (not that the 8448 sucks or (...) (23 years ago, 3-Jan-01, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)
