Just venturing a guess, I would say it depends on how long it was in the
vacuum before you heated it. If you heated it quickly, it might char a bit
(using oxygen trapped within the paper interstices) but I would expect that
in most cases it would break down, but not "combust" as it would have
insufficient oxydizer.
However I ain't a paper chemist, I can't say whether it actually DOES have
oxydizer or not.
Fun question.
What do you think the answer is?
