Ouch...
I'm similar...hasn't crashed yet.
4-5GB of MP3s on a FAT32, Win2k on a PII400 with 256mb RAM. Better do some
backing up....
(Hopefully I won't have to) feel your frustration. :\

The filesystem crashed and I now have about 4000 FILExxxx.CHK files instead of a nice directory-tree with sorted and labeled MP3's... (...) (24 years ago, 6-Nov-00, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)
