10GB of MP3 on a FAT32 disk, Win2k, an Intel PII 266 @ 333 (4x 83MHz)
is NOT a good combination, I just found out.

The filesystem crashed and I now have about 4000 FILExxxx.CHK files
instead of a nice directory-tree with sorted and labeled MP3's...

Why didn't it take some useless data like the Win2k installation
instead :(

/Tobbe who just wanted to ventilate some...

Ouch...

I'm similar...hasn't crashed yet.

4-5GB of MP3s on a FAT32, Win2k on a PII400 with 256mb RAM.  Better do some
backing up....

(Hopefully I won't have to) feel your frustration. :\
