makes sense, message-ids are supposed to be unique, i just wanted to change
what part of the random id was.  :)  also, i'm curious as to the path stamp
every message gets .. it seems most people have just '!lugnet', but others
have '!lugnet!id'.  is that a difference between posting through the web
and through the nntp server?
