The MS USB supplementary update for Win95 didn't get my USB WebCam working
either. I was sure that there must be some sort of kludge, but a
knowledgable sounding geek told me that it was something to do with MS changing
the device driver matricies from 95 to 98. It didn't make much sense to me
though! I'm obviously not wingeeky enough :)
