I've been relocated by an employer...IBM... With them, they paid for everything. Basically I submitted a special expense report (in IBM Acronyms it was an REA isntead of TEA) Even paid for mileage on vehicles while looking for a home, etc. Real (...) A relo by a new employer and by an existing one are two different things. New employers will only rarely help with selling your current house. Greg, Yes, I have been relocated a few times. Expect the employer to pay for moving basic household goods. Depending on how hard up they are for your skills, they may also pay for... o temporary living accomadations (1 week - 3 months, it varies) o (...) (25 years ago, 26-Nov-99, to lugnet.off-topic.geek)
