Well, this is an example of horrific code, because it was purposely written so that it would parse, compile, and run in two different languages ... actual C code or Perl code is usually much nicer to look at and understand. I don't know anything about Linux, but Microsoft has some multilanguage support packs for Windows 98 and Explorer at their Windows update site. I'm sure they already have the far east languages, too.
