  Ten Commandments

I *reall* don't like posting off-topic to lugnet.robotics, because of the heavy traffic and because it's still mostly a mailing list. Anyway, here are my Ten Commandments for LEGO Purists. (...) Uh oh... Does this mean that the designers and modelers who make the themeparks and store displays violate the commands of LEGO? I sense a great schism coming on... First Chrurch of ABS Ascendant, anyone? (26 years ago, 7-Jan-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

  Re: Ten Commandments

(...) Steve, I think your list is perfectly on-topic for a group like lugnet.general -- your Ten Commandments for LEGO Purists are all about LEGO, after all. The off-topic hierarchy is designed for non-LEGO stuff. --Todd (26 years ago, 7-Jan-99, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

(...) Oh might Lego Purity Prophets(1) I have a moral dilema. The crux of the problem is mindstorms. I wish to be pure but am sorely tempted by the the false prophets of NQCC and LegOS. (...) OK. I didn't think too much about it when I moved to a different newsgroup. I guess it was a combination of two inclincations in my brain: "I'm going to move this because it's off-topic, so let's take it to off-topic". "humorous[1]/spoof has (...)
