In case you didn't see, Axel provided a link to a QuickTime movie record of the unfolding of the LRV during Apollo 15. www.hq.nasa.gov/offi...lrvdep.mov It looks like the LRV was both "in" and "on". Half of the rover's bottom seems to be used as the (...) (26 years ago, 17-Feb-00, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)

(...) Who is Neil? I think the Rover was an extra cost option that was only available on later model years... IIRC only 17,18, and 19 had it. (15 and 16 had a little cart that you pulled???) Mr Armstrong only went on 11. (26 years ago, 16-Feb-00, to lugnet.off-topic.fun)
