May I recommend the Tillamook County Creamery Association's dairy at
Tillamook, Oregon? The tour is free, and they'll let you watch them make
cheese ALL DAY!!!!!
On formal occasions, I only answer to my formal title "The Cheese"; of and in
the third person.
