Does anyone have a working scenario designer yet? The link I followed:

didn't work (there were 3 new scenarios which clearly were done by
something other than modifying megapark, and which are fun to try to
win, but the link to the editor itself gave a 3 kb file that wasn't
legitimately an executable.. it was just the html for a "broken link"
page)
