Just as a "you might find this interesting", it was announced today that
TSI Software has acquired us.

http://www.novera.com/master.cfm?pg=acquire-releases-990930 (pdf version
of release)

http://www.tsisoft.com/news/novera1.html (FAQ and html version of
release)

TSI Software is a leading EAI vendor, about 11 times bigger than us, and
specialises in SAP and Peoplesoft integration, but also integrates with
lots of pub/sub and message based middleware. Their flagship product is
Mercator(r).

Novera stock and options will be exchanged for TSI (NASDAQ symbol TSFW)
stock and options and accounted for as a pooling of interest.

Please pardon me for posting this if you think it inappropriate, I've
never been part of a company that actually was acquired before, it's
kind of exciting.
