   I know I should use the linux groups, but... I can't connect to the net using linux, unless theres some Linux version of AOL. so my question is can I copy stuff I downloaded from my win95 machine to my linux machine.    yeah, I've been trying, only problem is I can't pay for an ISP, I have to wait for my parent's, with luck we;ll switch to worldnett in a month or so. is there any way to decrease the screen size some programs take up so you can actually see the (...)    yes, I meant linux/x-windows. It took forever to get it set up and I've been playing with it but haven't really seen that much I can do with it.      (...) :) well, that's pushing it. Another 8 MB of RAM and 80 more of disk, and you'd have a usable system. Not very usable, but....
