I dunno if I trust that source - it notes it got it from Webster’s, and neither my actual Webster’s with pages nor Webster’s own on-line dictionary have a listing for justicer (also not that no plural is listed, which is for justiciars). And yes, I cheated and doublte-checked both those sources before I posted (but after I actually wrote the message).

Which doesn’t mean it can’t be found somewhere. :-)
