Pretty much anything from Pink Floyd's Final Cut* album, Roger Water's Radio
KAOS* album, or Roger Water's Amused to Death* album could apply here.
A few more come to mind:
Symphony of Destruction - Megadeth
Countdown to Extinction - Megadeth
End of the World as We Know it (?) - REM
Christmas at Ground Zero - Weird Al Yankovic
Gods of War - Def Leppard
Dogs of War - Pink Floyd
War Pigs - Black Sabbath
Although I cannot think of a specific song, I'd be surprised if Queensryche*
didn't also have some music on this sort of subject.

*Curiously, the albums and artists marked with an asterisk all include
orchestration by composer Michael Kamen. He also worked with Metalica on
the 'black album', with Tom Petty on Wildflowers, as well as with countless
other successful artists. Not to mention his movie scores for things
ranging from Brazil to X-Men. ...Can you tell I'm a fan?
