And minifigs are created in man's image...
Remember when they introduced Pirates? Peglegs, hooks and eye patches
abounded. Suddenly, my Dark Ages reversed and then my LEGO began to try to
kill each other like civilized people.
Kind of makes me weepy <sniff>
My old History teacher from high school used to discuss the Crusades with us
and sing "Jesus loves me, this I know", to prove your point. Religion is an
excuse to say, "I art holier than thou." Faith however is a private matter,
often shared by individuals through organizations. When the organization is
controlled for the advancement of a few "enlightened souls" then it becomes
corrupt. Sort of like the California Power companies, but that is another
story...
