You're a scholar (who won't say what his PhD is in, which is what I was

Hayek demonstrates to my satisfaction, that no planning board can outplan
the market. No planning board can predict needs, allocate resources, or set
prices for goods better than the market.
Get back to us when you're ready to refute that. Till then, your prattle
about councils and planners is irrelevant, as government planners do a
disservice to their nation by the very act of planning.
