I agree.  Almost any is too many.  But the evidence shows that in places where
gun-readiness increases, crime decreases.  So I don't agree with your path to
improvement.

What problem?  Some people use them, and they shoot their lives away doing so,
but making the drugs illegal isn't the way to fix that.

3. Poor welfare system.

Agreed!  It is quite broken.
