Actually, it does: Our Fellow Man.

While true, it is rather hard to say just what would happen when a country
destabilized. Therefore, it is better to be safe than sorry.

See an earlier post of mine. You won't be getting any proof, nor can you give
it, because this is conjecture. So, I'll ask again, how is this not a threat
to national security?
