Well, you are responsible. Now if you can ever prove that your neighbor
dragged the body onto your property, you might be able to sue him for
damages. He's also guilty of a crime (improper disposal of a body sounds
like a crime to me). I'll let Larry deal with any issues related to the
"toll walkway".
