Now, I have no idea what deal Billary and Billary worked out, and this is kind of tangential, but I DID want to point out that in the US, the state has a monopoly on the ability (...) But the government has a monopoly on granting marriage and constrains who can be married and under what terms. I will not hold a group of people (...)
