I've never heard of _anyone_ dying from bad weed. Heroin, cocain,

Just like to note that _poor_ investment choices is not, and should
not be, a crime. If the broker profited from the bad choices, possibly
deliberately, then by all means, go after him. But not if he happened
to have invested some in Fokker.
