Maybe if a guy's undergarments were exposed...  no need for that!

But the thong/lowrider jeans combination?  I've seen that and sometimes it's
quite opposite of 'offensive', let me tell you...

I'll gladly pay the fine for some of the women who may incur said fines by their
clothing choices...
