That was never really a concern to me. Nothing in the original post stated that
as an intention, nor did I assume it would be.

Indeed. I never really thought of it as something relevant to the art of
building with Lego. True it may influence what one may build, but no more so
than any other personality trait, and such creations would surely fit into any
of the existing groups.
I thought the point of accepting 'alternative lifestyles' was that they are
treated no different than anyone else. It's not easy though if they must draw
attention to how 'different' they are and request things like their own
newsgroup.

It does seem to go against the way it's set up here. Groups are divided by
building style/theme, not by the style of the people building. I can't really
see much reason to change that.
However, if Teddy wishes to create his own website as a home for gay Lego
builders, I say more power to him. But since Teddy has retreated to his closet
and chosen not to further contribute to this thread, I can only assume his
original post was a troll, and a fairly successful one at that.
