What does this have to do with private institutions?

I am sorry, but I think hate crime legislation is very wrong. How can you hate
anyone anymore than by taking his life? It it worse to kill a room full of
Jewish people than a room of white people? Come on!
It maybe naive to be racist, sexist, etc. but it is not prosecutable. You can
think what you want. It can be a factor, if there is a pattern of racism, etc.
It is bad law. Lord knows some would like to try me because I am a conservative!
And if you are tried for murder, as in your example, and you are sentenced to
death, how can "hate crime" legislation make a worse sentence? By turning up the
volts or something?

Do I want to ask? OK, what do you mean by this?

Toppling foreign governments is sometimes necessary, in our imperfect world.

Yes, it is.

Rude? Gosh, I know about 190 cashiers around the Michigan area that can be tried
then! Discrimination against Americans!

It might be, but it is not against the law.

So, it is OK to be rude, as in your example, to white people, then? But not to
minorities or whatever? Boy, what roads you can travel!

Where did this come from? Killing anyone is wrong, both in God's word and
against the law, whether you are a abortion doctor or a conservative. It amazes
me how you can think like this!
