No, because it was in a context where we were talking about the behavior
of governments. I say again, it is necessary to distinguish between behaviours
that are appropriate for the community as a whole, and those appropriate
for individuals. Taxation/theft/sharing is *not* appropriate for individuals,
but is an essential part of most communities.
