That goes under the imperfect sentencing. I think all sentencing should be the
same, regardless of race, color, etc. If it isn't, there is a problem and it
should be dealt with in that manner. I am for equal punishment under the law.

Maybe, but if you do a crime, in which there are punishments for, including
capital punishment, you should expect to receive the punishment, no mater what
race you are, IMHO.
