I didn't find that. but I did find THIS: Back on 12/10/98 I said:

While we were talking about stealing, it is hard to conceive of someone
who, starting from natural rights and the notion that everyone has them,
has come to the conclusion that stealing is not OK but has somehow come
to the conclusion that taking a life *is* OK. What is murder if not
stealing the "life liberty and the pursuit of happiness" from another
human being?
Seems pretty clear cut to me.
