Sure it does. You can't argue that we have the right of choice if there's no
free market (of ideas, or of systems) to choose from, except unless you
argue that we have to lump the choices, constrained as they are by the
International Conspiracy to keep Libertarian Systems Oppressed(tm), and
choose from among what's on offer.
There's an aw'fly high barrier to entry to starting one's own government,
after all, as long as we're confined to this one particular location. ALL
the territory is already under control, and most governments don't take
kindly to suggestions that they hive off a bit so some other org can try
their hand at it.
