Well, the convenant was with humanity, not the spirit realm, so I guess
Satan would not be covered, since he is not/was not human.  You bring up a
good point.

Or you could say that Satan has his own Book.  Maybe that one has a happy
ending (for Lucifer).  That isn't mentioned in the Bible, but it's not
ruled out.

It's not like Satan can tell the future.  He's smart, he's clever, but he's
not omnipotent.  He's probably got a good case of denial going anyway.
