I know you, Lar, and I know that you *deliberately* didn't capitalize
"Christmas". One's personal feelings about religions, etc, are irrelevant to
grammar, unless someone is trying to make something of it as you were in your
own little way.
I called you on it half in jest at your pettiness. But I'd never be so bold as
to expect a retraction, or for you to use the "W" word;-)
The proper sports metaphor here would be a balk;-)
